Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your subscription start date to discuss potential refund options.

Completed Work

Once videos have been delivered and approved, refunds are not available. We encourage you to use our revision process to ensure satisfaction.
